Hailing from Barcelona comes a new trademark that possess 2 attributes in common with many of us. First, our passion for biking and second, the dream to create a riders-owned brand that has good products. Many had dreamt of starting their own riders-owned brand that provides creative solutions to their personally-experienced riding peeves. While many came up with good ideas, they rarely got worked upon to pass the design stage, let alone production & marketing stages. ALL MOUNTAIN STYLE
Meet All Mountain Style. Two young men from Barcelona, Spain who are passionate about mountain biking decided to provide solutions to problems faced during riding by themselves, friends, customers and brand ambassadors came together and created this brand. With strong belief in re-industrialization and makers movement, they came out with their initial range of products which includes apparels, component (only 2 stems at the moment) and the Frame Guard & Fork Guard!
(Ed: For those who are curious about what Re-industrialization and Makers Movement is, it is loosely defined as a cultural trend that places value on an individual's ability to be a creator of things as well as a consumer of things)
FRAME GUARD AND FORK GUARD
The Frame Guard and Fork Guard are the product ranges from All Mountain Style that caught our attention. It is a simple solution to a rider's everyday problem, yet it is so beautifully made! For a start, the self-adhesive protective vinyl are made thick with a honeycomb knurled finish that makes it feel tough and grippy. And what's more, it comes in a myriad of colors for riders to personalize their bikes with.
Each pack comes with 10 pre-cut pieces of varying lengths so that you can paste the protective vinyl around the frame. As they are designed by mountain bikers, the Frame Guard vinyl are pre-cut to fit crucial areas where scratch and bumps are most likely to occur. And that includes the top of the top tube, the bottom of the down tube, the swing arms and bottom bracket. The Fork Guard is more straight forward, with its focus on the fork arms.
When asked by some friends why we think All Mountain Style protective vinyl are so special when there are already so many other protective vinyl before them. We simply replied "They look really good." And we think that alone is a crowd-puller.
