The Attack Trail XT7 features the same hydroformed Aluminum alloy frame with SHOT Tech and 150mm travel QUAD-Link 3.0 suspension platform as the higher-speced XT8, but added cost effective spec solutions. The highly evolved SR Suntour Auron fork with 160mm of travel covers the suspension duties at the front, good enough for some downhill fun while Shimano Deore hydraulic disc brakes gets the job done at corners and when you need to … stop.

Other features include a Rock Shox Revelation RL fork with Monarch RL shock, wide range Shimano compact 2×10 drivetrain and new Deore hydraulic disc brakes. Mavic's new XM421 27.5 rims have a wide rim profile to improve the footprint and traction of the Schwalbe Nobby Nic 2.25 tires, and the KS Dropper seatpost make transitions between up and down as easy as the push of a lever.
